Our Triage Appointments
The Health Centre operates a telephone triage from 8:30am until 10:30am. When calls have reached capacity you may be advised to contact us the next day unless it is Medically Urgent.
Making a telephone appointment
To make a telephone appointment with our practice please telephone from 8:30am on 028 8744 0376, choosing one of the following options:
- Emergencies
- Appointments
- Test Results between 12 and 1pm
The reception staff have been asked to get as much clinical information from you as possible in order to direct your query to the most appropriate person.
