How do I order repeat prescriptions?

Repeat Prescriptions can be ordered:

In Person: please complete a prescription order form then post it into the prescription box located outside on the wall by the front door
Online: You can order your repeat prescription online through Patient Access at any time. Please contact reception to get your personnel account log in ID.
By Telephone: Prescriptions can be ordered between 09:30am to 11:45am and 14:15pm to 16:45pm daily using the dedicated line: 028 8744 0990

PLEASE ALLOW 48 HOURS FOR COLLECTION.
