Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, Nurse Prescriber or Practice Pharmacist at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Hospital and Community Requests
When you are discharged from Hospital you should normally receive seven days supply of medication.
